HILARY DUFF, FAST CARS, AND A GREAT CAUSE!
On Saturday, June 13th, 2009, Hilary will serve as the Grand Marshal of the NASCAR Nationwide Series Meijer 300 Presented by Ritz at The Kentucky Speedway in Sparta, KY; and, encourage all who attend to donate new and gently used backpacks to the Blessings in a Backpack weekend nutrition program for schoolchildren.
Race day backpack donations will directly benefit Kentucky students and will be accepted at the Meijer display near the speedway main gate. Prior to delivering the command for drivers to “fire their engines”, Hilary and 24 students from Gallatin County Schools will participate in several activities at the track including a pit-road bike relay race!

il 13 giugno Hilary Duff sarà al "Kentucky Speedway" di Sparta per la "NASCAR Nationwide Series Meijer 300"; durante l'evento Hilary inviterà gli spettatori a donare zaini nuovi e usati al programma "Blessings in a Backpack": le donazioni andranno direttamente agli studenti del Kentucky. Hilary, prima di dare il via alla corsa, parteciperà ad altre attività insieme a 24 studenti delle scuole di Gallatin County, inclusa una gara con le biciclette.
